My name is Peggy Scearce. I have been a

doll maker for over 10 years. I have shown

and won awards in the USA, UK, and

Australia for my doll making and

dressmaking.

I started on reborns about 5 years ago with a

bit of dabbling but didn't get totally 'hooked'

until after I took a class with Dianne

Johnson!

The quality of my work improved vastly and the dreaded rooting was

solved with teaching from my dear friend Ceinwen Clarke. It's been

such fun introducing my area to reborns!

I took one to the hospital and she was taken from me and made her

way throughout the hospital and even over to the clinic, where one of

the physicians touched her head and said "oh it's very early for her

fontanels to be closed!" LOL.

I hosted a small, informal workshop over Labor Day weekend with

people coming from as far as Alaska and the UK! It was great fun.
